Change Makers: Climate Adaptation with the Bioregional Learning Centre

The Bioregional Learning Centre, supported by SHDC, will be leading a Climate Adaptation Learning Journey around the South Hams in June. This will raise awareness of the local challenges and risks outlined in the new Devon, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Adaptation Strategy and visit people and places taking the lead in preparing for a climate challenged future. As part of the co-design of the journey, this online event invites local people to think into the frontline role that communities and citizens will play. We will cover human and animal health, food security, drinking water security, livelihoods and the local environment.
