BLUEprint for rivers is an ambitious 12-month initiative that started in March 2025. Enabling local communities to improve the water quality of their estuaries, rivers and streams through river-sensitive lifestyles and practices. BLUEprint is a grassroots led project to help our local rivers to be of overall GOOD Ecological Status by 2027 and our steering group includes representatives from local groups, businesses, landowners, scientists and councillors. Our focus areas are the River Avon, River Gara & Slapton Ley, and the Salcombe–Kingsbridge Estuary.

We are hosting a gathering of local stakeholders in Kingsbridge on October 4th 2025, the summit will be an opportunity to learn about our plans to facilitate your river sensitive lifestyles and practices. A structured morning session will be followed by an afternoon drop-in session.
