Kingsbridge Men's Shed are welcoming people to join them in offering practical skills for the local community. Whether you are experienced in practical work or not, the team of experienced managers are happy to train and advise on the numerous projects they are working on.
Men’s Sheds are similar to garden sheds – a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending. The difference is that garden sheds and their activities are often solitary in nature while Men’s Sheds are about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter. Despite the name, Men's Sheds are not just for men, women are very welcome too.
No skills required, except willing to learn and listen. This is especially great for people who like to help their community and get inspiration from working with others.
Kingsbridge Men's Shed meet at The Mounts, Kingsbridge on Mondays and Thursdays between 2 - 5 pm.
